Weekly Jam Sessions


On Wednesdays we invite the local community to gather and improvise on or open stage. Performers create unique music on the spot and musicians from all ages and levels of experience get a chance to get out of their comfort zone and meet and collaborate with new peers.

Music Ensemble


The goal of the project is to offer an alternative way of learning and practicing instruments, with an emphasis on collaborating and playing in a group setting.

The city of Skopje often works in micro cosmoses of friend groups and people often feel isolated or left with little to no choice for socializing and meeting new people. Laboratorium's music ensemble offers an option for young musicians to get out of their garages and basements and find the band-mates they've been dreaming of.

Neimenuvana (Unnamed)


Creative writing workshop - “Unnamed” was hosted by “Duma in Summa” in which the instructors Marija Boskovska, Ivana Smilevska and Darko Aleksovski faciltated the young participants into a creative process that culminated in improvement of their writing skill-set.


Skopje Vibrira


A regreshing multi-event aimed at those who chose to spend their summers in Skopje. A mix of exibitions, documentaries, dance parites and book reading - something for all generations to enjoy

Workshops


The Laboratorium team is also aiming at creating space for any and all craftsmanship, either those which are a “dying breed” as well as those that are new and exciting. The artists are given space to work on their project and in return they share their knowledge and skills with other. A simple transaction which benefits both the artists and the community as a whole.
